Annie is the founder of Essentii. Since 2004 she has been an Executive Coach and Trainer and has a successful track record working with Businesses, the NHS, Police Authorities, and Local Government. Supporting emerging businesses working with individuals and teams to build a strong platform for future development. Annie is deeply committed to ‘Developing the potential within’ individuals, teams and organisations.
As a trainer and coach Annie brings her energy and flexibility in thinking to create a powerful and lasting impact to those she works with.
Annie is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and an accredited NLP Trainer. Her qualifications include:

*Accredited NLP Trainer with the Professional Guild of NLP
*Coaching Master
*UK Athletics Level 2 Endurance running coach
Annie continues her own development to be at the forefront of new ideas and advances in the field of NLP as part of a Masterclass Learning Set Group which meets regularly as well as exploring advances in different areas of training and development to be able to bring a fully holistic approach to her work.
